Called in to book a cruise, Elaine went above and beyond to ensure I got the cabin I wanted and a good deal, she even went in in her day off to ensure she was there went the booking went live, then telephoned me to let me know .

Hays took the stress off me when booking instore
I was greeted by Chantelle one of Hays Travel advisors as soon as I walked through the shop door. I went in with the knowledge of what I wanted (I'd been looking at many different options online). Chantelle made easy work of the booking process, something that stresses me out... definitely worth going instore for!
