Yvonne was absolutely fabulous in searching for the right holiday. She spent a great deal of time with us. Very patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Eventually got holiday booked and everything explained in detail. Have used Hays Travel previously and will definitely use again. Great service.

Yvonne in Johnstone Hays Travel shop did all the booking for us although we have always done it on Internet ourselves. It was for us a different type of booking but she did everything so easy. We are well chuffed.
