Jodie clearly listened to what I wanted from a holiday and as soon as she was able, booked it; ensuring she kept me updated via messenger and clarified any information she needed.

Jodie said she would put us on her list and expected it to be at least a week before any reply, but she was straight on it the same day and found us a holiday and booked within a weekend.
