Great service
The apprentice Ruby who dealt with our booking did a great job. She was very friendly, polite and professional. Also we needed special assistance and rather than making us wait in store, Ruby took all the relevant details and contacted us when she had arranged our seats.

Hays Travel, Jarrow. A great booking experience
Popped into the Jarrow office to book a cruise for 2028. We like to book well ahead. Ruby sorted everything out in no time at all. We’ve used them before in the past and no issues and we’ll definitely use them in the future. We find all of the staff to be friendly and helpful.
