Great knowledge, advice and service
Jan is brilliant, she explains everything so there are no surprises. We booked a cruise from Southampton and she was able to re assure me about parking. She is very knowledgeable and honest which help you make the right choices. She’s flexible about when you contact her and fits in with you. We’ve booked most of our holidays either Jan and will continue to do so. She’s fab x
