It wasn't hard work for the very helpful and knowledgeable staff at Hays Honiton to convince us that the holiday we'd chosen was the best for what we wanted and needed! As usual the staff at the Honiton office were very helpful in sorting out our multi city travel plans to Australia.
During my visit yesterday to make major ammendments following the Middle East crisis, Imogen was extremely helpful in finding us new flights as well as sorting entry visas into the USA

The Agent listened to our requests and quickly analysed our holiday requirements taking us through viable options efficiently.

Miya who served us was amazing. She was very patient going through everything we required and more by setting up everything on the Ryan air app and booking our seats for us. Would also like to say how helpful Samantha was when I used the Facebook questions by responding to me.

Always excellent service from Hays in Honiton. They are very knowledgeable about the destinations we visit, worldwide! We like the fact they are happy to stay in touch after booking a trip and take care of the little things, like checking in for you and securing seats on flights. Also happy to use them as a 'one stop shop' as their rate of currency exchange and travel insurance costs are always favourable. We also have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong, we can be in touch with them and know they will be there for us.

We were dealt with respect and compassion as the trip was scattering ashes of a family member in the USA.
We were able to discuss the alternatives available and received excellent advice as to what may suit our needs in April 2026. ,
The travel consultant gave us her expertise and time
which were so grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble.

We ultimately combined a sad time,adding a hopefully momentous trip to New York thus not wasting the long haul flight being undertaken.
