We have not yet travelled anywhere with Hays but just made on booking for May 2027. My only disappointment is the flights are with EasyJet as they have let us down twice before. I will wait to see if they do again before upgradeing my review.

Very helpful booking of a solo holiday that had limited availability.
Having previously booked my first Riviera Solo holiday with Hays last summer for April this year, I was eager to book another for 2027. I popped into Hays Friday afternoon to plan a booking for Classic Spain. Since I was wanting to book for a friend also, I needed to know how that would work. The lady I spoke to was so helpful as there was very little choice of dates but she was able to offer one in March, one in April, and one in May. So I needed to move fast and consult my friend! I returned Saturday morning and it all got arranged with a phone call to Riviera while I was there. I have dealt with various different staff in Haywards Heath and they are so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else to book a holiday.
