Early days
I think Gypsie may be in the early stages of training as I had to ask a few times for the price/cost of the cruise. A really pleasant girl with an eagerness to help. Everyone has to start somewhere, and at times it was a little bit of booking by numbers. I did get the price eventually, but could not commit until then. I also had to ask 2 or 3 times for the room size and to make sure° it was fully accessible, but she spoke directly with P&O and confirmed It was fully accessible at 300 square feet. I don’t know if an evacuation chair would have been booked if I hadn’t have asked, even though I was booking a fully accessible cabin. I’m sure in time she’ll be good, but I would prefer to know that anyone new is working alongside a more experienced member of staff.

Booking a Leger Coach Holiday for next Christmas
As always a very good experience, all booked no problems, all questions answered and booked through phone and online, have the paperwork, plus exchanged money through their money exchange bureau. Good team always ask how previous holiday went and any problems.
