I called in to see what hays could offer and after some reasonable time and a very polite young assistant that greeted me as soon as I walked I left with a very positive response and a great holiday package booked including good flight times and seats that I was looking for

I dealt with 2 members of staff
I dealt with 2 members of staff, Daisy and Thalia and both were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find flights and a hotel in Dublin for the weekend. Thalia took me though the booking and helped me access the Ryanair app. that I needed in order to locate my boarding passses.

Walked in Hays travel with a few holiday options in mind. The lady Sarah was very helpful in supporting me to choose the right destination and hotel. Very efficient, quick and clear. Walked out 1 hour later with my family holiday all booked and organised.
