Ellie, our advisor was lovely. She was helpful, knowledgeable and vet pleasant.
After our original holiday was cancelled 2 weeks before departure, she managed to get us a holiday and it was a happy experience.

Quick and easy to book a holiday.
I emailed the halifax branch after 6pm not expecting a reply until the following day but I got a reply straight away from Nicole who found the holiday I was looking for and changed what ever I needed changing and my holiday was booked the following morning before 12am.
Will definitely use again.

Excellent Hayes
When we walked through the door as soon as the shop opened there were people smiling and ready to help. Courtney was very helpful going through all our options in our price range and the holiday we wanted. She explained about the new passport requirements, seat booking and everything else we needed to do. As we have not been abroad for over 10 years this was vital. Thanks all at Hayes.
