Local travel gent useless
I decided to try a local travel agent as I was booking a special trip, rang Hays Halesowen and was told by Karen that it would cost me too much to arrange the holiday I wanted! Which shocked me as I hadn’t even given her a budget… very disappointing, they just couldn’t be bothered, I rang Worldwide travel and they arranged it all for me… not sure Hays will stay in business with that attitude! And they lost 4k of commission!

Went in for a brochure came out with next year's holiday booked
Well what can I say, Halesowen Hays Travel is fantastic. We went in for brochures and came out over an hour later with our holiday booked for next year. Emma was brilliant she made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Time was not an issue she was happy to help us find the right holiday. The staff in Halesowen are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. I much prefer the personal touch of booking through the store than trolling through the internet as you can ask more questions to staff than you can a robot. I won't go anywhere else.
