Hays Travel - Gosport Omdömen 

Booked our second cruise with Fred Olsen the day after we got back off the first one! Emma Grace at the Gosport branch already knew most of our ‘wants’ and quickly came back with a suitable cabin at a reasonable price. She handled all the booking requirements and now we are looking forward to a trip to Greenland next year.

The service I had was professional and friendly. I have no complaints.

Excellent service

My experience was excellent as usual . I arrived with my idea of a destination and budget. The agent provided me with hotels within my budget and recommendations from other customers to help me make a choice.

Booking flights with Hay travel was just excellent, knowledge of assistant, was good and following up throughout the day, Christina was amazing, the whole booking process was very smooth

Your rep listened to our needs and searched through a few options before we chose our holiday

The service was impeccable the girls in there are all lovely and friendly special mention to Tina and the little one who served us Chloe absolutely fantastic so so helpful and knowledgeable about our destination the holiday was sorted in minutes fantastic job by all especially Chloe xx

It was so easy.
I phoned about a cruise from Tilbury Docks. Kristy made it so easy by calling Ambassador cruise line to find out if they supplied transport from London Victoria. When it was a yes I was able to go ahead and book.

Excellent service as always

I was being heard on how I wanted to travel worked with checking my time schedual going to Ireland and returning back.

Staff very welcomeing , nothing to much trouble. Very satisfied with the service.😀

Travel vouchers, which must often be given as presents, would be so much easier to buy and to send on-line.

Purchasing a card in a branch and then having to put a cash-equivalent in the post is a rather clunky approach.

Other service providers enable you to purchase and send the voucher on-line. Surely it would be cheaper for Hays to do it that way.

Professional and friendly

Emma-Grace was excellent at the Gosport branch. Looked at two breaks. One we had to put off but not down to Emma-Grace but securing decent Grand Prix tickets. But we’ve booked Crete for the summer. She was excellent at looking at options. All booked with airport parking and hotel. All so easy and super pleased.
