I reached out to Gemma following several recommendations from friends, as we were looking for a holiday but wasn't sure where to start looking. Gemma was very responsive and came back with a number of suggestions. After lots of email exchanges, we settled on one particular hotel however availability was very low, but Gemma persevered and was able to book this for us.
