Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them! They spent an hour and a half with us, sorting out and booking the holiday for my friends and I. It was s bit complicated as there was six of us going but only three of us could make it in to their office.

We had a complicated group booking which necessitated more than one staff member being involved. All went smoothly and they couldnt do enough to help us. Also, were very smiley and chatty throughout.

The staff are very friendly
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable we booked a first time cruise and they made it very easy . Everything was fully explained and sorted for us. We have decided to book al our holiday with the Gainsborough branch in future.

From start to completion the service was excellent.
From start to completion the service provided by Robyn at the Gainsborough branch was excellent. She found a holiday for the whole family (8 Adults and 8 children), which suited what we were looking for. Did all the work and we are now looking forward to the trip later this year.

Excellent service from Alice at Gainsborough Hayes. Very good communication from Alice who explained thoroughly and was so helpful on all aspects of my forthcoming holiday . Nothing too much trouble after ringing a few times. Would definitely recommend booking through Hayes.
