This is the first time using Hays Travel. We were made welcome as soon as we entered the shop. Our holiday was organised for us by Megan. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. all went smoothly
Booking a cruise and all went smoothly. The agent explained some of the differences in flight options. Very friendly and helpful.
We pretty much knew what we were booking but we use Hays for peace of mind when booking a cruise.
