Taylor was excellent and would definitely go to her again to book a holiday.

As walk-in, first time cruisers, we found the staff to be patient and highly knowledgeable in answering our many questions. Our in-store experience offered an exceptional level of personal service which affirmed our decision to book our first cruise.
Hayes Travel do particularly well in creating a bespoke, friendly and non-judgemental service, indicative of a more local travel agent, compared to other, bigger, multi-national, hard-sell companies. This was our first booking with Hayes but we will definitely be choosing them again - they made us feel very important!

We use Hays all the time when booking holidays because all the staff in the branch are excellent. On this occasion we were helped to book by Taylor who was helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy.

Lorna booked our up coming holiday for 2027 and although there was a few phone calls along the way Lorna was very polite and professional throughout the booking and got us exactly what we wanted

The hotel was much further away from the heart of Berlin than we were led to believe. Next door to the hotel was a church which rang its bells twice a day starting at 8:00am.
However, the hotel was very pleasant. Staff very helpful although 20 euros for breakfast seemed a bit expensive.
