Member of staff was outstanding……made the process a joy….
The member of staff who dealt with us, Cara Hall, was exceptional. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, putting us at ease. This was a complicated holiday enquiry, involving four people, and Cara guided us through the options, showing endless patience to our varied questions. Eventually she turned a simple request into a booking, and talked us through the process. Hays’ are fortunate to have her on your team.

As a disabled customer
As a disabled customer, it is reassuring to know all the Staff at the Durham office are knowledgeable and understand my travel requirements. But a special mention has to go to Louise, who we have been dealing with for several years, who always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in place for our travels.

Louise , is great really knows her stuff & will find the best deal & flights to suit you & will also price match . You can book your holiday, get your travel insurance & order your currency all under one roof. Aswell as emailing you your documents they will also print them off for you which is absolutely brilliant. We have been using Hays Travel - Durham for over 25yrs & wont be going anywhere else.
