The guy booking our holiday took so much time with us and help cater for our budget..very helpful

Amanda who helped me was incredibly patient, pleasant and helpful. She was reliable and contacted me when she said she would. She also helped me to find a lovely hotel in a very convenient location.

We found our experience very pleasant and professional. Amanda looked after us and we found her to be very pleasant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble despite our many questions.

Vicky was very helpful,knowledgeable and friendly

The personal service was second to none, Amanda at the Dunstable branch was so helpful in arranging a series of flights for me, something I had found impossible when I had tried to book them myself. Thank you too to James the branch manager who was also on hand to assist.

Despite technical problems with the central computer system on the day of our booking, Louise, our holiday advisor, was quite persistent in making sure that our holiday booking was safe, even going to the extent of speaking to Head office .
Cannot fault the expert service that we receive from Hays Dunstable, and in particular from Louise.
Will certainly be back to book all future holidays with Hays.

Staff very informative and polite

Friendly and very helpful team, Found exactly what we were looking for within 10minutes. Explained all the details to us as well as printing all the documents out.
Explained how we can book in early be bringing our passports in the store as well as printing all the luggage labels and everything else we require for our holiday.

James was a great help with booking our holiday and made it very easy.

Super friendly, professional and informative

We did have a lady that was fairly new to Hayes but another lady sat with her and between them did a really good job. They searched other hotels for us as we were lookingvfor 3 star but as the one we booked was closer to airport we stayed with the 2.5 star. Used them to go to Canada earlier in the year. Good job & nice people
