When into Hays Dunoon. Last minute as usual for me. Joan helped me out quite quickly with what I wanted. She explained a good bit about the holiday to me which helped me make the quick decision. Unfortunately I have had to cancel the holiday that had been booked due to being unable to travel on the original date and being unable to find another holiday that was suitable. However your staff went to great lengths to find something unsuccess fully.
