As usual, in-branch staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I've used Hayes for several years and would happily recommend them to anyone.

We arrived about 4 on a saturday as the only tine we had to look and book.
We were shown lots of options and eventually decided 15 min before closing time. The two ladies were extremely helpful and kept the shop open for us to book and secure our holiday. I work in a school 13 miles away so cant go in during the week as i finish too late. We cant thank them enough! excellent service and patience!
