Wonderful Experience.
First time in a travel agents for about 10 years. Wonderful experience. Time was taken to go through all the options, different cabin options ( we booked a cruise). Nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel valued. Would highly recommend.

Family holidays
Always a pleasure going into Hays at smithford Way.The girls go above and beyond to find our perfect holiday which is not easy as we often travel with a lot of family but they are very patient and look at all the options for us .

Sonia and Katie to the rescue
Following the cancellation of all flights going via Dubai, which we had booked direct with Emirates, Sonia and Katie came to our rescue and worked their magic to get us flights to New Zealand in time for our daughter's wedding. We can't thank them enough.

The travel advisor was very friendly
The travel advisor was very friendly, listened to what I wanted and was able to find me a holiday that met my requirements.
Chloe did all the booking for me and explained when I would get the tickets etc prior to my holiday.
I have always found the staff at Hays Travel to be friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.
