Christina was lovely and helpful I've never booked a abroad holiday before so I told Christina what i wanted and came back with some different placed to look at

Christina was super helpful in finding us the Christmas break to Edinburgh that we wanted. Very quick at giving us different dates and prices when we had to change the original date. Always A* which is why we always go back to Christina for our holidays.

We’ve used Hays before, in particular Christina, to book our family holidays. She’s very lovely to talk to and always finds you the best deal! Then she takes care of the rest so you don’t have to worry about doing all the check in and booking seats etc so it’s nice just to do the exciting bit and booking the holiday. We didn’t have a clue where we wanted to go as a couple first time without children in twenty years Christina was great sending us lots of different holidays to look at and advice on areas around . We was looking for something special has it is got our 25th anniversary

Christina listened to what we asked for & found a range of options, all within budget for the summer holidays this year.
We thought we may have left it too late & after endlessly searching ourselves, we just couldn't find the right hotel/deal.
Everything was done through email or msg at a time convenient for us until we were at a point of booking, then through a phone call.
The process was very quick & easy & I would definitely use Christina/ Hayes travel again 😊

Tina was very quick with communication, when I queried flight times she provided alternative with a matter of mins. She supported with our needs to have room requested together before I had even asked the question.
I didn't have some information available at the time we were on the phone she even called me back later to get this from me so that i didn't forget.
