Sarah was very helpful, she listened to our requirements and found us exactly what we wanted. She is patient and we are very pleased that we could book the flights, hotel, transfers, car parking and insurance all in one visit.
Sarah has helped me twice in the past and I am confident in her abilities. She explained things well and persevered to find a suitable hotel in the area we wanted- despite it not being easy.
She is very knowledgeable about navigating different sites in her searches and incredibly polite and friendly. An excellent service.

Great deal for the money.

We were welcomed into the shop as soon as we walked in and Grace, the lady that helped us was really nice. She talked us through everything and got it all booked for us.

The Young lady whom we spoke to, Emma. was very welcoming, always positive. Nothing was too much trouble and helped us arrange the itinerary and hotels we were looking for. Her knowledge was excellent and anything she had to check on was conveyed back to us within hours.

Always polite and informative staff. Greeted with a smole and by my name mskkng it a personal experience.

The whole booking process was smooth and clearly explained by Sarah , all of the details for excursions etc was explained but no pressure to book them there and then.
