Sold overpriced package
We were sold a package that was much more expensive than the prices we found later with a quick search. No apology and no offer to make amends. This is very disappointing seeing that we have been loyal customers for many years. We are perfectly capable of booking our own holidays online and will not be using Hays in future.

We always try to book with Hays. Excellent customer service and always so helpful and price match where possible. We booked another holiday yesterday through Chelmsford with
Marney and Joanne. Both were very helpful and as always provided help and assistance wouldn’t book any where else

Took note of what we wanted, although I had already found the hotel and airport we wanted to fly from.
Suggested airport parking and got a good rate which was helpful.
