Lanzarote booked again
Exellant service got the holiday we want all booked including seats taxi transfer and assistance my only gripe is cost of taxi £91 for a €20 taxi ride apart from that jet 2 everything superb

A very proactive and friendly service
A very proactive and friendly service. Great suggestions and knowledgeable background to areas we were considering. Shani really listened and helped to tweak on the choices for accommodation and managed to alter the booking for our specific selections. Very happy with the final outcome. Thanks Shani & team.

Canadian Rockies…trip of a lifetime
We wanted to book the Canadian Rockies trip for 2026. Keeley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and queries and nothing was too much trouble. This is a trip myself and family have wanted to do for such a long time so I wanted it to be right. Would highly recommend Keeley and chapletown hays. I’ve booked many trips with them and they have always been fabulous. Just wish my holiday was sooner as we are super excited.
