Michael was very friendly, pleasant & extremely knowledgeable. He gave me all of the information that I needed about the cruise that I was wanting to book. Booking was quick & made very easy by Michael. We wouldn’t hesitate to book further holidays with his help!

First time on a cruise after spending 20 plus years on the lifeboats at Sunderland and we were dealt with by Michael Carroll and he was so helpful and didn't hesitate to answer our questions. He was so professional in his approach to helping us book.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. So quick and easy to book. Very efficient and no long wait times sitting around in a travel agent. Highly recommended. This is the way forward for booking holidays. I’ll definitely use them again.
