Assistance was amazing
Olivia was amazing, really friendly and immediately gave updates on the holiday. The assistance I received was great. I was worried about being a 2 year old in for a long process off booking the holiday, but the staff were lovely and cheering him on when he was running and there is a nice colouring table to keep things calm.

Olivia was great wasnt a straight forward booking request for our eurodisney holiday. As was splitting stay in to disney hotel then Newport bay. She made sure each part was booked as we needed. Spoilt for choice with fabulous options
We booked a city break with Wendy and then asked her for suggestions for a sunshine holiday. She asked about our likes & dislikes and about areas we have travelled to before. Wendy came back with a selection of options….. spoilt for choice we opted for Zante, a new destination for us. All booked up and we will be returning to book one of the other options for later this year.

We walked into Hays Travel shop in Bury for the first time yesterday 23/1/26 were Wendy greeted us very warmly and listened to our request for a holiday in Egypt in March.
