Poppy is leaning as she is an apprentice and she was very well mannered and helped me get to where I wanted to be :)

Kate spent a lot of time while we decided where to go and was able to give us good advice when requested. Principally it was the time and good humour she spent with us which hopefully has resulted in a perfect holiday for 3 separate and personally diverse needs.
