Booked many holidays with hays travel broughton always a great service happy with my up coming holiday cant wait.

Booked two holidays with Ruby and the experience was fantastic. Ruby was so helpful.

Ceri was very knowledgeable and explained the holiday options clearly and was not pushy, the booking process was quick and easy and we are looking forward to our holiday in 3 weeks time

I booked the holiday as a surprise for my wife. I was told this was a 4 star hotel, more 2 to 3. The hotel reception was rude on arrival, when asked about all inclusive history response was, it's not the Carribbean!! No help with luggage to room, room dirty, hair in bed, human waste on curtain, bathroom shabby. Not at tall happy with what I was sold.
