Rhona, was absolutely fantastic! We cannot thank her enough for her patience, knowledge and general helpfulness! Would 100% recommend using hays again. We had never booked with them before but we definitely would again. Very much looking forward to our holiday all thanks to the lovely rhona

I've not used hays travel before would recommend them they help you though everything I've not be on holiday for 13 yrs a lot changed they kept me in contact, called me every so often to see how I was getting on very friendly and approachable and happy

Great patience was shown to us in finding a suitable holiday that ticked all the right boxes for us.

Overall very happy with the customer support given to us and we were even provided with refreshments whilst this was all being sorted out!

Walked into the shop and was recognised with a greeting straight away.
Was asked to sit down the lady found out were we wished to go and went through many sites before we chose the right one for us.
Nothing was too much trouble for her going back and forth.

We approached Gracie in your Bluewater branch with a vague idea of a tour to Andulusia. She was extremely helpful and dealt with every question we asked (and there were many - sorry Gracie!), and responded promptly, always keeping us informed of when she was available and the next step.
