The fact that I can pick up the phone and it will be answered almost immediately and I am speaking to a person not a bot, the service I received was excellent Abbi was very knowledgeable and professional and pleasant it was a delight to speak to her she went out of her way to help me. I have had dealings with other travel agents over the years I have found Hays to be the best highly recommend them
