Above and beyond
Our initial holiday plan was a marella cruise we tried TUI but it was unfortunately booked up or rather the plane from Newcastle was and the Manchester flight had 1seat -we were devastated.
So after a rethink we went to hays to see what was available for our dates. After conversation the young lady tried the cruise again but with same outcome. We couldn’t make up our minds so left with a brochure and a decision to make and a promise they would keep an eye out on the cruise.
After much discussion we went back to Hays with the intention of booking something- we met Francesca and after telling her our disappointing tale she looked at the cruise again - she then rang through to marella cruises and lo and behold we could have a different flight later in the day 🥳
All booked for our cruise holiday - thank you so much for the care and attention it certainly was above and beyond

Amazing staff
Francesca was amazing! Me and my partner wanted a holiday in September that was suitable for 2 toddlers, Francesca talked us through everything, showing us the best areas, made booking easy and straight forward and was extremely friendly and helpful.
