Incredible staff.
All the staff who assisted with this holiday are a credit to themselves and Hays. Polite, patient, professional and knowledgeable throughout. I've not booked a family holiday through a travel agent in a long time but I will definitely be using Hays in Billingham again due to how friendly and efficient it was.

As usual the girls were outstanding and I honestly don’t know where they get their patience from. Everything was fully explained to ensure:
A. That there would not be any hidden expenses
B. That the holiday would meet and in places exceed my expectations

Helpful staff, great service :)
Charlotte was patient and helpful with our holiday search and found us a holiday to suit our family. We arrived towards the end of the day as I'd been held up at work, but the staff were all very helpful and we didnt feel rushed at all, even at closing time which was really appreciated.

The staff were very helpful good value my only niggle is having to pay extra so me and the wife are together on the plane why do they charge u for this when you have paid for two seats anyway.apart from my niggle very good and helpful.
