Hays Travel - Berryden Park Omdömen 

My Sister & her Husband had already booked a river cruise for July next year & asked if we would like to join them as we've holidayed together before.
Lewis was very friendly & professional, had us booked & linked up with my Sister's booking in no time at all. He made sure everything was in place & answered all our questions in a very efficient manner. What's not to like, well done Lewis & Hays.

All went well the hotel was good the bus pickup was on time.
Food in the hotel was good

Excellent friendly service from Marie at Hays Travel in Berryden Aberdeen, she did all our booking of seats and checking in for us as well and printed of all our documents as we like paper proof rather than just on our phones. Good service for money exchange as well from Lewis. Good parking as well beside Travel Agent premises. Would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

I can`t fault the service from the staff at Berryden Retail Park when we booked our holiday, we wanted to add things on and it was dealt with there and then, nearer to the time of going away I got a call to tell us about their buy back on your holiday cash which we have never had before from anyone else.
We now have another booked so roll on 2027 for our next cruise.

Went to book a holiday yesterday. Had dates and a preference to fly from Aberdeen.We were assisted by Susan who was super helpful and really knowledgeable. She gave us a few different options and offered good advice about travel times, accommodation options and places of interest. Whole process was easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend Hays and Susan.
