No long queue. Friendly. Listened to our preferences and straight to options within budget. Left feeling confident of a good holiday

Went to Hays at meadowhall to book a holiday and left due to the attitude of the woman I think was the manager. Rang the belper branch and was communicating with a young lady called Roberta,I left some details on a holiday I was interested and she called me back with a price. I decided to go into the branch that day to book.
Roberta was busy with other customers but still greeted me and acknowledged who I was, A lady called corrinne took over my booking . All I can say is the atmosphere is so inviting and the knowledge when I was booking was the best that I've ever experienced.
The patience and friendliness is just what you need when booking a holiday it becomes stress free.
This is my go to branch now and I can't praise the staff enough.
What ever I asked corrinne she had an understanding and explained everything in detail. As soon as you walk in the branch feels relaxed so different to the meadowhall branch

The staff in Belper were exceptionally well trained and the young girl who helped me was getting the best training off an other assistant.
My overall experience was very good .

Quick friendly and very helpful service

Angela is a superb cruise organiser. We visited with just a simple thought about some sort of cruise and very quickly chose a cruise for us and then organised everything - transport to the terminal, cabin type, dining arrangements and everything else. Brilliant service!

Just amazing what more can I say Corinne booked another holiday for us and she was brilliant as always. She is a credit to Hays Travel.

We had very specific dates and times that we could go away and the team bent over backwards to help us and sort us out with the perfect trip.

I dealt with a lady called Clare at Belper shop. She was excellent and her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Really took time to explain everything in a clear and precise way. Very very good travel agent.

Excellent communication and service

Having decided on the type of holiday we wanted, Corinne at Hays Belper provided some excellent advice with a friendly approach, and a seemingly nothing was to much bother attitude.

Responsive and practical, tailored to what we wanted

I made 2 separate visits to the store in 2 weeks, to look at holidays with certain criteria being met. To that end I engaged with 2 different members of staff. On both occasions, both staff could not have been more helpful in arranging a holiday and giving me advice on travel arrangements and places to visit at my chosen destination. The whole process from my initial enquiry through to booking my holiday was dealt with great professionalism and I was kept informed throughout the process, taking any stress out of the equation!! Thank you.

The staff in the Belper branch are all really helpful, but Claire especially goes the extra mile. We could have booked direct with Marella but it is reassuring to know that if we have any concerns we can get support from our local branch of Hays.

Always try there best when searching for our holiday Angela goes above and beyond

Both members of staff I saw were excellent, nothing too much trouble, they took their time to make sure I was happy with my booking were friendly and courteous. I always recommend Hayes to family and friends.
