What a great team in Bedminster. I had a very hard booking as it was a big booking, Lisa helped massively finding the holiday which was suitable for us, and when went to book all members of staff helped massively I cannot thank you guys enough! Highly recommended and will definitely be booking through hays travel again

It was a breathe of fresh air to deal with a person direly in a travel shop who was knowledgeable and helpful and who actually cared about providing good service. It was good to know that good old fashioned customer service and focus still mean something in a world of endless online bookings and passwords. The price of the holiday was a goods the the online price, albeit with good service and a nice smile. Well done Lisa at Hays Travel Bedminster Bristol. She has just got a cruise with a assessable cabin for my scooter for a very good price .
We are very pleased, Jaci is very good at her job and knows what we want and so we always get everything we want in a holiday .
We only go to hays and have a lot holidays booked. The team there all seem interested to hear about our holiday and are pleased that we have had a great time.
