A GREAT EXPERIENCE
I found the Bedford branch in a central location and was greeted in a calm, unhurried, friendly manner. Callum researched my requirements for a (first time) 55 day cruise with particular criteria promptly and gave much advice on cruising, such as life on board, excursions and which cabin type to choose, and its location on the ship. At no time did I feel rushed during the process and felt that he, and the staff, were interested in my vision and expectations of a cruise.

A big thank you to Lianne and all the staff at the Bedford branch who were so helpful as we chopped and changed the dates, flights and hotels to get us the bespoke 4 destination holiday to Far East we were after.
