We were interested in booking a Mediterrean cruise and sought information from Robin the operative dealing with us. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable in her approach to our queries and gave us sound advice. The minute we walk into Hays Travel in Bloomfield, Bangor we know that we will be going on the best holiday ever 😊
The girls are very friendly and welcoming and it is a pleasure just to see them all.
We dealt with Robyn on this occasion with Leanne helping with my seating, and they really go above and beyond to help us. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all so knowledgeable and professional.
I would not go anywhere else to book my holidays as I have complete confidence that through the girls my holiday will be amazing.
