I never booked with hayes before so I didn't know what to expect. But the service was quick and professional. So fingers crossed the holiday meets my expectations and I will use yous all the time

We booked our Celebrity Cruise with Mandy in the Ashton Under Lyne branch and can't wait to go on the Celebrity Ascent ship this year! I have been wanting to go on that particular ship for over a year now and as we've used Hays before, and had a good experience, we went back to them again. The staff are lovely and Mandy always phones you back if you have anything that needs to be checked after your initial booking. They don't lose interest once they get their money. I know I could do the booking on my own online, but I feel more secure using Hays as on our last trip our luggage was lost and when we returned home, Mandy submitted receipts for items we had to purchase for a refund, this took the stress away from me as I didn't have to deal with any of it. I didn't want to use our insurance as it wasn't our fault, and we did get some money back. I will be using Hays for every holiday we have from now on as I feel they are good value for money, very professional, and Mandy is just lovely!
