Elise was extremely helpful and efficient, including phoning the travel company to clear up a couple of queries. She was also friendly and cheerful. We could have booked directly with the company, but value the high street presence of a travel agent and want to support them.

Very pleasant as l never usually use travel agents however l will always use them in future as they give you that extra confidence and point out things you can miss yourself

It's always a pleasent experience booking our holidays with the lovely, friendly team in Ashbourne Hays. Michelle dealt with our latest booking for our Christmas break, she was very knowledgeable and informative, paving the way for a stress free jolly holiday. Michelle also gave us some good advice on travel insurance, and we left her with a little task to delve into a search for a trip next year, within no time she dropped us an email with her finds, excellent service.
