Your team in Ashbourne found my short break for me. It was a bit of a challenging spec, but they never wavered in their determination to find the right package for me. It was Elise this time who pulled the stops out but they are a great team. Just the perfect combination of friendliness, professionalism and determination!

When booking my holidays at Hayes in Ashbourne all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble, they are very dedicated and helpful at finding and getting the holiday that you want

As always, brilliant and thoughtful attention by Joanne. She even coped with the group changing their minds over the holiday destination. On the second attempt, with the holiday changed from Lanzarote to Tenerife, it was agreed on by the eight people involved. The booking was completed very quickly. Thanks very much.
