Hays Travel - Amy Dewhirst Omdömen 

I bought£800 of euros online from my branch in sandbach went to collect them few days later noteven receiving any email
Confirming my purchase branch manager rang a number was told my euros were pending on there system even though my payment went through from my bank successfully told me id prob ???get my money back into my account eventually not say when so with going away in few days I had to spend more money on euros from inside this shop I’m not even sure I will get my money back yet iv had no prob buy on line from hays travel in the past but It seems service standards appear to have dropped very disappointing service spending more money I can’t really afford or planned on

Messaged Amy in the evening ,she replied striaght away and forwarded the holiday costings requested . It was a good price however Amy informed us the same holiday was cheaper if we flew the day before.
Our holiday was then booked and deposit paid all within an hour.
