On Friday 11/4/25 I called into Hays Travel at Airdrie to enquiry regarding a summer break. I was attended to by an assistant called Allison and found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and she gave me a few options which later that day discussed with my friend who will be travelling with me. I returned to Hays Travel, Airdrie on Saturday morning 12/4/25 with the intention of booking a holiday that Allison had suggested but different dates. It was Allison’s day off, however I was attended to promptly by another assistant who I also found to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and booked a holiday to Ibiza on31/5/25. I found my experience with Hays Travel, Airdrie to be excellent and staff going that extra mile to assist me. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you.
