Fantastic service received from Georgina. She helped us book both Bali and Egypt whilst on holiday in Rhodes. Even whilst communication was challenging she made every effort to respond, as well as calling to talk through the final quotations, T&C’s etc. We can highly recommended the service and great selection of holidays to choose from. Now all we have to do is sit back and wait for the next holiday.
On price we found Hayes to be very competitive too.

Very helpful sorted everything out over phone

The whole booking was done very professionally. Charlotte was able to get us a better deal than we had expected and the whole process was done very quickly and to our satisfaction.

I registered with Hays Travel for information on packages for SAFC in Europe, I received an email the following day. I rang the contact number and was put in contact with Nadine at Hays direct booking, she took all my requirement details and rang back a few hours later with the details of a package that I accepted.
Service was friendly and professional.
