Haute Hijab Omdömen 

I just had to leave a review to share my FANTASTIC experience with Haute Hijab. First of all, my delivery came earlier than expected- even though shipping from the states would normally take 2 weeks to where I am, it arrived in 4 days - during Christmas time!!! The sports cap is so easy to throw on, and cosy! No more constantly adjusting the scarf. The undercap is the comfiest thing I’ve ever had on. Usually I would get a headache from these type of caps, which is what stopped me from wearing a hijab for so long. This is exactly the push that I needed! The magnet clips are such a good idea. No more (not so safe) safety pins!! And the jersey fabric scarves are amazing. Amazing quality, no slipping. Thank you guys, will order again inshallah.

They are so bad in the quality and they didn’t cover anything the price for them are so high and also I waited for more than 20 days if i can give them 0 i will 👎👎👎👎👎

28 days and still waiting! Its been 28days since I ordered and when I look at the tracking through DAI and Passport, my order has not moved since the day I ordered it - its still in Elk Grove US. I have emailed 3x to check and complain and they have said to relax its coming. However I have ordered from the US, UK and India in the last two weeks and all those have arrived within 10 days. I am requesting this to be sorted out asap otherwise I am lodging them as a scam and be requesting my bank do a charge back to recover funds.

I think the hijab company may be a reputable and was recommended by hijabis on YouTube.

This is what made me order.

1st order May 2020. HH used Hermes to deliver. My parcel tracked as delivered with GPS!! When o never even knew it was put for delivery. But I never got it. That incident I blamed the courier and they refunded me. I had CCTV to prove this!

2nd Order made to deliver to a different address June 2020.

Firstly HH didnt even email me my order confirmation until I asked several days later!! I'm in the UK so really they should tell me the uk price not on dollars.

Secondly they used Hermes again!! I mean why would you if they were incompetent first time around.

My parcel arrived in the UK 17.06.2020 then there were several delays ! I contacted HH no one replied appalling customer service this again several days ago. HH also use a third company passport shipping who I contacted and they keep telling me to ring an automated service or go back to HH!!

Then I put in a complaint to resolver and kept tracking my parcel, hermes is uncontactable and use a virtual assistant. No people!! My complaint however was responded to telling me to contact retailer parcel delay.

When I tracked it today they said courier had a problem with delivery address. So I tried to contact courier. Again hit a brick wall cant even email them!!

Resolver replied said incorrect address!! I find it hard to believe and they are now returning to sender!! Good luck receiving it back!!!

I've put in an official complaint to HH. Appalling customer service. Why dont they use royal mail or amazon lockers or even DHL!!! Pathetic. No ones replied to me.

I'm awaiting a reply and have asked for a complete refund. Wouldnt recommend unless you live in texas.

HH needs to tale responsibility and offer an apology refund and replacement through another courier. Pure incompetence.

My first review with this company was not good because of the fact that I waited more than a month but turns out the APC courier was the reason for the delay.This is a reputable company, they have good customer service.i am a fan of Melanie and ahmed.I have my orders delivered to my cousin in California and I’ll let him deliver them to me, kinda a long route but this is due to a personal reason.

Salam, I am new to Islam, fortunately I came across HH hijab and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only are their hijabs, the BEST but thier customer service is OUTSTANDING, Lizzy and Emma are the best! I now owned a huge collection, I also wrapped up 5 free hijabs with the points I earned. Monday nights are very exciting for me because I look forward to the weekly drop on Tuesdays. If I could rate them a 10, I would.

IT has been 30 days and i have still not received anything. I am so tired of waiting. I ordered on the same day from inayah and it arrived to days after. I am just going to stick to that brand and site.

I can not recommend this brand enough. Every scarf that I wear on the daily comes from this brand. The fabrics are amazing, the colors match the pictures on the site. They deliver fast. The cost is really good for how long lasting these scarves are. They have beautiful designs I know I'll be asking for on the gift-giving holidays since they can be pricier. I know they'll be worth every cent that goes into it. Please shop here, you won't regret it. I tell everyone who covers their hair about this company, and love how inclusive they are about who buys from them. I'd rate them with 15 stars if I could.

I ordered 2 viscose hijabs from haute hijab. I really liked that they were soft. My only issue is the price for them. Viscose material is quite cheap so I feel like a lower price for those may be better. But I do love the brand and the quality and packaging was great.

I highly recommend Haute Hijab if you are looking for versatile, comfortable hijabs that stay put all day long. Plus, the colors offered are really nice and go with pretty much everything in your closet. Thanks and keep up with the good job :)

Haute Hijab has an amazing selection of Hijabs. Whether you are new to wearing a Hijab or have been wearing it for years, there is something for everyone.
I stumbled on their Instagram by chance and decided to try one of their scarves. Since then I have not bought from any other place. They really have the best quality of Hijabs.

I wish there'll be more scarves with silk/satin finish. I really like those compared to chiffon finishing. I hope HH will consider this. I'm sure I'll be breaking my bank if there are more silk/satin finishing scarves in the future !!

I'm so thankful and happy I found this online store. I had been exploring many different products especially in hijabs (scarfs, wraps, etc) often being disappointed due to the quality of the material. I would tear my scarfs quickly using pins, understandable since most scarfs aren't made for pinning. After finding this online store, this has been the place where I made the most purchases and actually use every single scarf/wrap. I can't choose a favorite, each individually is so beautiful and compliments my mood perfectly. Whether I'm off to the university, the hospital, or going to pray, these are always so perfect and comfortable to wear.

I look forward to and enjoy every Tuesday for any new items to be available. The items quality rival even the best stores brands out there- Burberry, and more, I dare say these are far superior.

I have had to return a few items as well and had the best customer service to assist me in my exchange. Even when products become unavailable after my order was placed, communication between myself and the company was nothing but ideal and efficient.

I definitely recommend this site for anyone, Muslim or not, the items are so beautiful, anyone would appreciate and enjoy (and become a customer for life ia). However, as a new Muslimah, I definitely found exactly what I needed and more. Alhamdulilah <3

I discovered Haute Hijab maybe a little over a year ago, and since then I haven't found a need to shop for hijabs anywhere else.
I work in a professional setting, and find that many of the wraps help accent my dress in a positive manner, I am asked countless times, where I got my hijab from, and I have had my co-workers actually say they look forward to seeing what wrap I'll wear tomorrow.
I think the introduction of light weight woven wraps is a positive, and I loved the house ware collection, I haven't had too much experience with the clothes, as I am usually too busy with the wraps!
I most look forward to the prints in the chiffon, but 99.9% of the wraps I have received are perfect, the .01% is probably me just not liking either the fabric or the print after I received it. (I do think there is a great return policy - just never used it!)
The customer service and the message that HH is spreading is awesome, from a person who adopted wear hijab 7 years ago, and feels like slipping back again once in a while, HH is an wonderful inspiration and encouragement (if not addiction) to continue wearing the hijab!
