Hatton Garden Workshop Omdömen

I had a great experience at the Hatton Garden Workshop last month, big thank you to Mike in particular who was extremely patient and helpful while I was choosing a new emerald to have fitted in my ring. I had many meetings with Mike until I was ready to choose the perfect one. The ring looks brilliant and has been fitted perfectly. I will be returning to the workshop to have some gold rings fixed. Thanks so much, Hannah

I had my engagement ring repaired at Hatton Garden Workshop and was thrilled with the service! The team was professional, friendly, and clearly skilled. They explained the process clearly, and when I got my ring back, it looked as good as new. I highly recommend them for any jewelry repairs!

Hatton Garden Workshop did a great job servicing my partner's engagement ring - which is over a century old. It came back in top shape so we're really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend using them!

The staff at Hatton Garden workshop were very kind! After my gold necklace chain was accidentally cut at the hairdresser, they fixed it within 3 working days! They met with me immediately without an appointment, and took the time to look at my piece, consult with the person who would do the repair and do a quote so I could be sure I was happy to proceed. Once I received the final piece, you would never know it had been broken. Would definitely return if I needed something else fixed!

Such a great reassuring and comforting experience .
My jewellery item which is incredibly sentimental to me – was very important - that I was going to place I could trust but also a place where I know that my jewellery item was handled with care.

I was served by a lovely gentleman in glasses and he answered all my questions.
My item was fixed on the same day very prompt! (Although I did pay the same day fee) .

Thank you for your wonderful service and I would highly recommend 🌻

Naturally I was very cautious about who I chose to adjust my engagement ring size, but I'm so glad I went with Hatton Garden Workshop! They have an excellent reputation for a reason. The initial consultation was easy and extremely detailed, and they adjusted the size quickly and in time for my engagement party! The work they did was fantastic, I would highly recommend.

Very helpful in describing how my rings could be refitted due to severe arthritis in hands. Prompt service and I can now wear my perfectly fitting rings again

I was quickly seen and well advised, great to see the jewellers at work right on site, fantastic results and very fair pricing.

An excellent same day service.

Polite, expertise, quick booking appointment process and fast delivery

Great communication and friendly service. Supplied and fitted an antique diamond very efficiently. Were able to source a suitable diamond that matched the others within a short timeline too. Thanks for your help

A seamless and affordable service from start to finish.

Excellent and courteous service and a truly professional repair of my gold ring done in a week as promised

I went for a ring size for my engagement ring and they were brilliant. They were super patient with me when I was undecided about what size. The sizing was done so quickly and it is perfect.

Thank you!

Pretty splendid group of folks,

Fixed my wife's engagement ring in less than five minutes. I would certainly encourage anyone who needs a fix to visit Hatton Garden. They are true craftspeople and incredibly professional.

I arranged an appointment and took a ring here which I wanted modified to host a larger and different shaped diamond. I was immediately welcomed and put at ease, and the gentleman confided with one of the smiths to see if my requests were possible. He checked and noted down the GIA number of the diamond I had brought in which put my mind at rest that the diamond wouldn’t be swapped out (as is often warned off). The works were completed to schedule and it was easy to collect and pay on completion. The finished ring was nothing short of stunning. Not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for, the goldsmith did an incredible job. I would highly recommend this workshop for jewellery modifications or repair. Thank you!

I would recommend the Hatton Garden Workshop. My daughter wanted her ring a smaller size. I met Mike who explained the job, the stones were checked after to ensure non would pop out after the alteration, and this was all completed in 1 hour because there were no complications. Excellent service and very easy to book an appointment online. Very professional, thank you.
