i brought a corsa from these jokers in march / april 2021, the car was not good at all , i paid them £2000 deposit and when i picked the car up , it hadnt been cleaned , i brought though zuto and that is another company that is absolutely crap and beyond words there customer service was non existent , i complained about the car the next day to harveys as the apple play didnt work and thats what i had brought the car for and after taking it into my garage who i have used for over 20 years and i trust them , there was a bolt on the underbody not even bolted right , the tyres where not good , the clutch had issues and there was several other things wrong with it , the manager at harveys didnt give a crap and said i had signed for the car and its my trouble now i rang zuto and they where the same , so i went to the finance company and got them involved , they later had the car back in and said there was nothing wrong with it , but they had done all the jobs to the car without my authorisation , so i then rejected the car through the finance company , which they had to come and collect again , also the bank got my £2000 deposit back so up yours harveys who had the last laugh !!!! yes i did , they are nothing but lying scum bags and timewasters ,
if you buy a car from them , then get your bank involved to re-claim your money back ,( do not pay them cash ) as you will never have a leg to stand on i paid my deposit through my visa debit card so the bank can re-call the money back to you if there is any kind of dispute if the car is not as it should be you have a right by law to reject the car and harveys will tell you otherwise but do not be fobbed off by these jokers ring citizens advice and trading standards if you need help ,
But to save you all the hassel DONT BUY A CAR FROM HARVEYS PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The car I purchased from Harvey's was faulty and has cost a lot of money to fix. It is clear that they knew the car was faulty when I think back to the behaviours shown when I test drove the car.

The work that had been carried out by the garage before I purchased the car was done incorrectly (the timing belt had been changed but the timing was off and the pulleys were not changed.)
It also had a drain on the battery which meant the battery was dead after being left overnight, and had to be jumpstarted daily.
There was also a problem with the turbo, amongst a few other smaller issues aswell.
I did complain to Harvey's but they werent forth coming, they did pay for a new battery, however this didnt fix the issue causing the drain! Instead, a garage spent several hours trying to figure out, and then fix the problem.

Make sure you don't let these people rip you off like they have done to me!

Brought a porsche Panamera on th 17/06/2022 for £59K. the garage slod me a car which had not been serviced at all, both front tyres are below legal depth. i told them i would like to return the vechile. however they did not even offer to make things right with the vehicle issues. Because to them the 59K had been fully paid hence they were not interested at all. i was still within 14 days of receiving the car.

i would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. some of the cars in the yard show signs of not being taken care of. minimum is spent on the cars to repair them to safey.

Worst Car garage ever. Sell you a car that is not road worthy, offer a warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on. No after service. Tried calling Steve and Tom and constant lies and put offs. Unfortunately parted with my money and now cannot get it back. Liars Lairs

Fraudster autocar sales company. DO NOTbuy your car from here. Fraudulent service history on cars sold, mechanical faults with car whilst driving off the forecourt and told to get it fixed locally or call WARRANTYWISE (a company endorsed by Quentin Wilson but do not act on their service) a policy you are forced to buy whilst purchasing car. The Premium Harvey's charge turned out to be double what warrantyWise would otherwise have charged if bought direct but fee is massaged in purchase price of car which also p/ex to complicate the maths,. Tried calling post sales however my salesman karim says needs to refer to Steve who needs to refer to Lisa who needs to refer to Tom who needs to refer to owner who eventually does not respond. Bought car 3 months ago. Worst experience of buying a second hand car. This dealer should be investigated and put on notice, surprised I am the first on TP but please check cardealerreviews before buying. Wish I had.
