Harvey Roberts Solicitors Omdömen

Excellent service, thorough searches, prompt communication.
Nikki and her staff saw us through our house purchase with absolute clarity and professionalism.
Many thanks to them for making this transaction so stressless.

I used Harvey Roberts to purchase my first home in a private sale. Unfortunately, there were discrepancies between the size of the garden and what was recorded within the land registry. Over a year later (and a good few more curveballs along the way) the purchase was completed just over a week ago. When I received the solicitor's fees, I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost considering the length of time the case had taken.

Brilliant service and kept informed throughout, as more people joined the chain and delayed completion.

Josh worked tirelessly to ensure it proceeded to completion, yesterday

Highly Recommended - Excellent service

I instructed Nikki on my first property purchase, which sadly fell through. She was absolutely excellent and advised me incredibly well on a nuance of that particular sale that I didn't hesitate to instruct her when I found my next property, which has now completed. She's incredibly diligent, helpful, responsive and professional. Having been warned by friends that the house buying process is challenging and solicitors can be difficult to deal with, I seem to be the only person I know who found an amazing conveyancing solicitor and I wouldn't use anybody else now! Thanks again!

I would highly recommend Harvey Roberts solicitor,Excellent service great people to deal with ,I would like to thank Nikki and Jen who were very helpful, they went above and beyond to help me and my wife with a house completion they both are very professional and polite Excellent 10 out of 10

Outstanding service from Harvey Roberts Solicitors on the conveyancing of our recent property purchase. A special thanks to Nikki and her team who were friendly and professional throughout and really helped us to navigate what can be a complicated process. Many thanks!

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience, first time buying a house and Victoria helped us out so much. Kept us up to date every step and replied quick to every email.

Excellent service, consistently moving my property purchase forward and keeping me informed.

I chose Harvey Roberts for conveyancing as they assisted me with the purchase of my house many years ago and I had a faultless experience.
This time around was no different.
All the staff were friendly, courteous and super efficient.
The lovely gentleman at reception (sorry, I didn’t get his name) Josh and Jennifer- you were all a real pleasure to deal with and I thank you all for a swift and stress free process.
Thank you.

The team at Harvey Roberts have helped us with our first house purchase and we've been really pleased with their service. We choose Harvey Roberts due to them being local and having read their positive reviews online, and we weren't disappointed. Victoria and Aileen have both been on hand to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date throughout the process. The seller's estate agent was also very complimentary about how professional they have been throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend them for any conveyancing work.

Excellent service. Jeff was efficient, prompt and clear. We would highly recommend.

Great conveyancing service, professional, efficient and always at the end of the phone. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Harvey Roberts and in particular Nikki Havery, their Conveyancer who was excellent. A great help at a very stressful time. Couldn't be happier with the service Nikki provided.

John at Harvey Roberts came reccomended by a family member, and him and the team did not dissapoint.

John and Victoria were both very helpful. They responded quickly to emails and phone calls, answered every question we had promptly and were very professional throughout.

We completed the conveyencing process in 7 weeks and I 100% put it down to how hard John and Victoria worked. We were kept informed throughout the whole process, and even our estate agents commended them for their professionalism and for how easy it was to get hold of them and deal with them.

Overall would absolutely reccomend Harvey Roberts (and in particular John Roberts) to anybody wanting to buy a home.

I sold my property privately and Harvey Roberts carried out the sale for me. I will say they were extremely professional, thorough, knowledgable, helpful, fast and kept me in the loop throughout.

Thank you for your help!

Absolute brilliant service by John and his team you have made moving stress free

The communication was brilliant, and she never failed to answer any questions or chase things up as soon as possible - really putting our mind at ease when things got delayed.

Thanks so much for everything!

Nikki was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process , giving good advice when needed and with a good assistant in Josh . Thank you both

Brilliant service from both family solicitors and conveyancing.
Jeff was friendly and makes you feel comfortable whilst also remaining professional, nothing was too much trouble, responds quickly to any emails and always emailed me to check on updates. Cost was reasonable too and never felt pressured.
Nikki was also brilliant, quick and again responded to emails promptly. Sold and exchanged contracts with 11 weeks.

could not highly recommended Harvey Roberts enough to anyone in need of a solicitor. I will definitely be recommending family and friends.

Just received confirmation of completion of sale. Having just spent 3 months in Greece during process I would like to thank Nikki and Josh for their hassle free handling and for keeping me informed at all stages.
