Harvey Roberts Solicitors Omdömen

Nikki has been absolutely faultless throughout the past few months while she's been dealing with our case. She's been personable, professional, approachable and efficient; a far cry from any other solicitor I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking for a solicitor as she's made the whole process of selling and purchasing a property an absolute breeze. I will definitely be calling upon her services again in future. Bravo!

Amazing experience with Harvey Roberts, Nikki was brilliant and kept us informed throughout the whole purchase of our house. We are first time buyers so had lots of questions but Nikki never hesitated to answer them for us.

Fantastic service from Nikki dealing with the purchase of my property,Harvey Roberts have dealt with various things for my family and would highly recommend them .

We first used Harvey Roberts for a relatively trivial legal issue and were really impressed by the efficient and helpful approach despite the low fee charged. We have subsequently used them for a house sale which was complicated by a boundary dispute. Nikki and Josh dealt with it really professionally, pushing on our behalf where appropriate and bringing it to a successful conclusion within a really competitive fixed fee. They didn’t act for us on the boundary issue but we wish they had - they were on a different level to our other legal advisers! We are currently moving back into the area and they are now acting for us in our house purchase. Harvey Roberts will certainly be our “go to” company for any future legal needs.

Professional and efficient service offered by Victoria Steele headed up by John Roberts and Nikki. Would highly recommend for any conveyancing transaction. Our sale completed within our preferred timescale, without any issues and we are very thankful. Great friendly service.

Nikki and the team at Harvey Roberts were absolutely flawless in our complicated house purchase. After being left in the lurch by our first choice of solicitors (abandoned our case and advised us not to buy the house due to complexities, and ultimately their lack of expertise) I reached out to Nikki who was amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to unpick the issue with the previous solicitors, gave efficient and effective communication to our long chain of stakeholders and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - nothing was ever too much trouble or a stupid question with Nikki - she helped me understand the complex issues in plain English and her speed of response was amazing. She helped turn a very stressful situation into productive action. As a result, she was able to expedite things enough to enable us to complete ON 30th June so that we could benefit from the stamp duty holiday - something we thought we’d said goodbye to after our previously solicitors let us down. Our complex purchase went through in 6 weeks and I put that solely down to Nikki and her determination to sort things out for her clients. She will be my first choice of solicitor going forwards and would not hesitate to recommend her and the rest of the Harvey Roberts team. Thank you Nikki!

John, Matt and the team were great. After going though a tough ordeal for a few years i turned to them for help. My anxiety was bad when i first went in, but after sitting down and talking through what was going on, they reassured me with there calm and collective methods on how the best way to tackle the situation was. The service was first class everytime and quick to respond to any queries or worries i had. After coming to an agreement in the case, the paperwork was all sorted by the team and i was kept informed on a regular basis.
Thankyou again to John and Matt for all their hard work.

Nikki was recommended to me and she did not disappoint. As a first time buyer, I had very little knowledge of what the process of buying and selling houses involved. Nikki was informative, responsive, highly efficient, and she supported my partner and I throughout our house sale. Nikki was professional yet always friendly, and she made everything so easy. Her services are first class and I would not hesitate to recommend Nikki, or to work with her again in future.

We have recently completed the sale of our house using Harvey Roberts. Our solicitor Nikki, was highly efficient, supportive, friendly and eased the process through without any hitches. I would not hesitate in using Harvey Roberts again.

Nikki Havery has been our solicitor whilst we’ve been buying a house.
We cannot fault Nikki and the whole team at Harvey Roberts.
We had a reply from Nikki the same day if we ever had a question, she kept us in the loop through the whole process and we never had to chase.
Would recommend - 10/10 service!

Nikki Havery and the team at harvey roberts have been the ultimate professionals! I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for conveyancing solicitors! It’s the second time we’ve used them and on both occasions it has been fantastic service. Even the estate agent acting on our vendors behalf commented on their efficiency and service. I also recommended them to a colleague buying commercial
Property and he also was very impressed with there standard of business operations! By way of comparison our buyers solicitor at Curtis law was shameful by comparison! Thank you so much Nikki and the team and wish you every success for the future!!

I used Harvey roberts for the sale of a rental property I owned. Couldn’t fault the service I received from Nikki. She was prompt in replying to emails, keeping us informed about where we were up to, chasing the buyers solicitor. Very efficient, polite and I would 100% recommended her to anybody looking for a good conveyancing solicitor that you can trust to get the job done as soon as possible.

Thank you to Nikki and Josh for all the help with instructing our house sale. During these unpredictable times they have made me feel at ease through out the whole process which was relatively straight forward and smooth with no hassle. Thank you again for your time and I will definitely be returning for anything in the future.

Can't thank Jeff enough for the support and advice that he has given me over the past 20 months throughout my divorce and child arrangements. Jeff was always positive, understanding, professional and his approach was conciliatory. Thanks again Jeff and Lois.
