Harrison Brands- 'Someday all Internet shopping will work this way..'
Just received my second purchase from Harrison Brands and suffice to say that I am absolutely delighted with Harrison Brands online service. Within moments of placing an order I had the re-assuring chime of confirmation from my email and in no time I was notified again that my jumpers had safely despatched and were already on there way. The jumpers themselves (Lambswool Hawick) arrived the following day and were absolutely gorgeous and I have no doubt whatsoever that I will be back again in the not too distant future. Thanks a lot to Richard and Harrison Brands, give them a try, you won't be sorry!

prior to ordering i asked some questions about the material and size - all answered with courtesy and then after placing the order goods arrived within 2 days - it would have been a surprise if parcel had arrived the next day -
the coat is exactly what i had ordered .

Good company, prices seem decent
Very cheap price on a jacket I seen for a higher price in several other stores, so recommend.
Only slight niggle I would have would be the length of time it took to deal with a return, but to be honest, that would probably only have lost it half a star if that option was available.
All in all....recommended.

Great Shirts, Great Service
Ordered 8 shirts, they e-mailed me to ask if I had the correct size on 2 of them as they were different than the rest, it ws very good of them as I had ordered the wrong size. Great service, would definately use again. Highly recommended. The shirts are excellent

good service === good customer back up service== owners know how to talk to customers properly not over nice good firm friendly helpful== thats what takes us back to buy again=== you could have internally a recommended buy for each month IE ideal for this time of the year( keep to top of market stock )
